Meetings Show chooses Capita as TMC | Buying Business Travel

Capita has been awarded the contract to manage travel to the new Meetings Show in London this summer.

Centaur Exhibitions, which also runs the annual Business Travel Show in London every February, is launching the new three-day event for the MICE market at Olympia on July 9-11.

The company has announced a partnership with Capita Travel and Events to act as the event?s TMC which will include bringing an estimated 1,500 hosted buyers from across the UK and Europe to London for the show. Capita will be responsible for all hosted buyers? travel and accommodation from their registration until the event is held.

Centaur also revealed a partnership with Spectra to provide destination marketing services for the show which will include putting on networking and other events for the hosted buyers as well as providing logistical support during the week of the show.

As well as the hosted buyers, organisers are predicting that more than 3,000 other UK-based buyers from the corporate, association, agency and public sectors will also attend the Meetings Show.
